Repository and source-code data
Access to customer repositories is subject to the scope and security controls agreed for the engagement. We do not claim ownership of customer source code. Specific data-handling, retention, access, and deletion terms should be documented in the applicable customer agreement before production use.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure and service providers that process information on our behalf when necessary to operate the website or deliver the service, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate operational needs, and applicable legal obligations. Project-specific retention periods can be defined in customer agreements.
