Build CodeFlow with us on a migration you already need
We are working with a small group of engineering teams. You get a real migration moving through your own CI; we learn what a migration agent has to do to earn a place in your workflow.
What you get
- Your migration, done with you
- We run CodeFlow on one change you already need and work through every flagged decision with your team.
- Real pull requests in your CI
- Not a slide deck. Small pull requests against your repository, verified by your own build and tests.
- A say in the roadmap
- Which languages, migrations and integrations we build next is shaped by what design partners need.
- A direct line to the founders
- A shared channel and a weekly check-in while the work runs.
How the first month runs
-
Week 1
Scope
Pick one migration and one repository, agree what success looks like, and set up access.
-
Week 2
Index and plan
You receive a written change plan, including the cases we expect to need your decision, before any code is edited.
-
Weeks 3 and 4
First pull requests
Batches open against your repository and run through your CI. Your team reviews them like any other change.
-
Then
Readout
What merged, what was flagged and why, and an estimate for finishing the migration across the rest of your code.
Timelines depend on the size of the change and how quickly access is set up.
What we ask of you
- One change you already want
- A migration or cleanup on your list today, not a test case invented for the occasion.
- A technical owner
- Someone who knows the code and can give a few hours a week to answer questions and review.
- Repository access
- Read access to the repository in scope and permission to open pull requests.
- Honest feedback
- Tell us where it fell short. That is the point of being early.
Apply for early access
A few details are enough. We reply within two business days with questions or a time to talk.
